Return Policy (India)

At Scarlet Sage, we strive to ensure that you love every purchase you make with us. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return subject to the terms below.


Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags intact

Garments with:

  • body odour
  • perfume/deodorant scents
  • stains
  • damage will not be accepted for return.


How to Initiate a Return

Customers can now self-initiate a return request by logging into their account.

Steps to Raise a Return Request:

  1. Visit: Scarlet Sage Account Login
  2. Log into your account using your registered details.
  3. Select the order and initiate the return request.
  4. Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, you will receive an approval email containing the reverse pickup courier details.
  5. Reverse pickup will be arranged after approval of the return request.


Quality Check

  • Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
  • Scarlet Sage reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Store Credit Policy

  • Upon successful quality approval, a Store Credit will be issued to the customer’s account.
  • A deduction of INR 300 will be applied towards return handling and logistics charges.
  • Store Credit can be redeemed only on our websites valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation once the Store Credit has been credited.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer monetary refunds.
  • Returns are eligible only for Store Credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Scarfs
  • Belts
  • Jewellery
  • Sale / discounted items
  • Items ordered with custom measurements
