At Scarlet Sage, we strive to ensure that you love every purchase you make with us. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return subject to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags intact

Garments with stains, damage, body odour, or perfume/deodorant scents will not be accepted for return. 

    How to Initiate a Return?

    Customers can now self-initiate a return request by logging into their account.

    Store Credit

    • Upon receiving the items & quality check, a Store Credit will be credited to your account after deducting INR 300 towards return handling and logistics charges.

    Refund Policy

    • We do not offer refund. Eligible returns will be issued as Store Credit only.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Scarfs
    • Belts
    • Jewellery
    • Sale / discounted items
    • Items ordered with custom measurements

     

    How to Redeem Store Credit?

    • Log into your store account
    • Add items to your cart
    • Select the box "Pay Via Gift Card" and then click on checkout
    • You will be able to view/choose the available store credits on the payment page
