At Scarlet Sage, we strive to delight customers with their purchases. As a rule, we do not accept returns. Credits or exchanges may be offered in certain circumstances. We may provide refunds for purchases in very rare circumstances. Please contact us with your request within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently.
To ensure efficient resolution of issues, we ask that you promptly follow the below listed steps.
Drop us an email within 2 days ( 48 hours ) of delivery to you, at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know about your return, item detail and reason for return.
Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, free of damage, stains and fragrances. Returns that are damaged or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Merchandise must be in its original jewellery bag, with tags intact.
Merchandise must reach us within 7 working days of delivery to you.
Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
The customer is to bear the shipping costs of returning the product and of receiving an exchanged product. Please use a trackable shipping service as Scarlet Sage will not be responsible for any lost returned items without confirmation of delivery to us.
Keep all items ( including the ORIGINAL invoice) in a package and address it to the following:

In the event that a refund needs to be processed, the customer will receive the refund back via NEFT within 10 working days.
Customers may cancel an order placed online within 30 minutes, if he or she wishes to do so.
