Returns & Exchanges


At Scarlet Sage, we strive to delight customers with their purchases.

Return & Exchange Policy (India):

  • If you're not satisfied with the product received, drop us an email within 48 hours of delivery at mail@shopscarletsage.com, letting us know about your return and the reason for the same.
  • Upon submission of the return request, our team will review it, and a return pick-up will be arranged (no charges will be applied).
  • Items have to be returned in unworn condition with tags on. Garments with any body odour or perfumed scents will not be accepted back.
  • Once the return shipment is received, a quality check will be done by our team.
  • If approved, we will either issue a credit code or provide you with an exchange for an item of your choice. We do not offer refunds. 
  • Credit Codes issued are valid for 6 months and can be redeemed either directly on our website or at our exhibitions.
  • Belts & Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

For SHIRT SHOP and LUMÈ collection:

  • Standard-sized items can be returned only for size exchange and alterations in the same style.
  • Custom orders can not be returned or exchanged and are not eligible for COD.

Please note, Scarlet Sage reserves the final right to refuse or accept a return or exchange.

  • International orders are final sale only and are not eligible for returns & exchanges.
