Return & Exchange Policy (India):
- If you're not satisfied with the product received, drop us an email within 48 hours of delivery at mail@shopscarletsage.com, letting us know about your return and the reason for the same.
- Upon submission of the return request, our team will review it, and a return pick-up will be arranged (no charges will be applied).
- Items have to be returned in unworn condition with tags on. Garments with any body odour or perfumed scents will not be accepted back.
- Once the return shipment is received, a quality check will be done by our team.
- If approved, we will either issue a credit code or provide you with an exchange for an item of your choice. We do not offer refunds.
- Credit Codes issued are valid for 6 months and can be redeemed either directly on our website or at our exhibitions.
- Belts & Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
For SHIRT SHOP and LUMÈ collection:
- Standard-sized items can be returned only for size exchange and alterations in the same style.

Custom orders can not be returned or exchanged and are not eligible for COD.
Please note, Scarlet Sage reserves the final right to refuse or accept a return or exchange.
