Credits or exchanges may be offered if merchandise is returned within 48 hours with a trackable courier service.
To ensure efficient resolution of issues, we ask that you promptly follow the below listed steps.
Drop us an email within 1 day ( 24 hours ) of delivery to you, at email@example.com letting us know about your return, item detail and reason for return.
Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, free of damage, stains and fragrances. Returns that are damaged or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Merchandise must be in its original box, with tags intact.
Merchandise must reach us within 5 working days of delivery to you.
Sale items and Belts are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
With regard to exchanges on permissible items
1) The customer is to bear the shipping costs of returning the product
2) The customer is to bear the cost of receiving an exchanged product
3) Please use a trackable shipping service as Scarlet Sage will not be responsible for any lost returned items without confirmation of delivery to us.
4) Credit Note issued is valid only for 3 months from the date of issue.

Please note, Scarlet Sage reserves the final right to refuse or accept a return.
In the event that a refund needs to be processed, the customer will receive the refund back via NEFT within 10 working days.
Customers may cancel an order placed online within 30 minutes, if he or she wishes to do so.
At this time we do not accept returns on International orders. Orders can not be exchanged or refunded due to stringent guidelines of each country as well as India's own laws.
