PRICING POLICY

Scarlet Sage aims to bring you unique collections from designers and artists the world over. This service comes at a cost. While we aim to be as competitive and reasonable with pricing, we also have to account for designer/artists fee, customs duties and taxes during the process of making this service available to you.We reserve the right to make changes to our prices without notice.

USAGE OF OUR SERVICE

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws (including but not limited to copyright laws).A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your membership with us.

FORCE MAJEURE

Scarlet Sage shall have no liability for any failure beyond its reasonable control and without its fault or negligence including, but not limited to, acts of God, severe weather, etc.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Terms of Service shall be first settled through discussion between the heads of the respective organizations. If a settlement is not arrived at, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration and settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one arbitrator, mutually appointed by the parties in accordance with the said rules. The place of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English

By use of this Site, you agree to indemnify and hold Scarlet Sage (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, as well as losses, expenses, damages and costs, resulting from any violation of these terms of service or any activity related to your account.
