We ship all over the world and we offer express shipping for all orders. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.

 

WHAT ARE OUR SHIPPING CHARGES ?

Standard (3-7 Days) is FREE !! for deliveries within India.

We charge a flat Rs.150 for Express Service (BlueDart Priority)

A charge of INR 2,000 will be applied for deliveries to the rest of the world.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES? (International Orders)

Yes, you will have to pay the Duties & Taxes applicable in your country. Once the shipment reaches your country, DHL will contact you for your confirmation of the amount which you will have to pay on delivery. Please be prompt with the confirmation to enable prompt delivery.

 

WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE SHIP?

We want you to have your new product as soon as possible, so we typically ship out in 1-2 business days after the order is placed

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

Within India, delivery takes between 1-3 business days. (Blue Dart)

International deliveries takes 3-7 working days (DHL Express)

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an automated whatsapp & email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

 

IS COD ( Cash on Delivery ) AVAILABLE ALL OVER INDIA ?

Yes, COD is mostly available all over India. All metros and Tier two cities are definitely serviceable. However there are some remote locations and Tier 3 cities where we may not be able to service COD requests.  Please feel free to check with us on whatsapp no +91 8828205954

 

IS COD ( Cash on Delivery ) AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ?

No, we are not able to offer Cash On Delivery for international orders.

All international orders must process payment on our website via the Razorpay payment gateway in INR ( Currency : Indian Rupees ). As per the Government of India's Laws, Indian companies can only accept payment in certain ways via certain legal transparent routes. Razorpay is a best in class, Multi-level secure payment gateway and we assure you that your data is safe and encrypted on their servers.

Please note that Scarlet Sage is not responsible for shipments lost in transit. We do however use DHL Express as our courier service partner due to their long standing reputation of reliability and fastest deliveries worldwide.
