Returns

At Scarlet Sage, we strive to delight customers with their purchases.

Return & Exchange Policy (India):

• Drop us an email within 48 hours of delivery at mail@shopscarletsage.com, letting us know about your return and the reason for the same.
• Returns have to be delivered (by trackable courier) back to us within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Items have to be returned in unworn condition with tags on. Garments with any body odour or perfumed scents will not be accepted back.
• Once the return shipment is received, we will either issue a credit code or provide you an exchange with an item of your choice. We do not offer refunds. 
• Credit Codes issued are valid for 6 months and can be redeemed either directly on our website or at our exhibitions.
• Belts & Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note, Scarlet Sage reserves the final right to refuse or accept a return or exchange.

• International orders are final sale only and are not eligible for returns & exchanges. 
• If you have an issue with your order we are here to help you out - Please mail us at mail@shopscarletsage.com 
• Please note that Scarlet Sage is not responsible for shipments lost in transit. We do however use DHL Express as our courier service partner due to their long standing reputation of reliability and fastest deliveries worldwide.
